This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on www.ishwarivastra.com.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped.

2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
After delivery, customers may request return or exchange as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Final credit may depend on payment gateway or bank processing timelines.
4. Cancellation by Ishwari Vastra
We may cancel an order due to:
- product out of stock
- payment failure
- suspected fraud
- incorrect price
- incorrect listing
- incomplete customer details
- delivery location not serviceable
- technical error
- violation of website policy
If we cancel a prepaid order, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
5. No Cancellation Charges
Currently, Ishwari Vastra does not charge cancellation fees for eligible cancellations made before shipment.
